Unique Designs: Our desserts are so exquisite, they are not just food, but works of art ... Gateau Bijou. Each individual dessert owes its design to our innovative baking process. (Patent Pending) Fresh Natural Ingredients: Our desserts are made with only the finest, all-natural ingredients. We use freshly ground nuts, Belgian chocolate, California dairy, and fresh fruit. No preservatives or food coloring are ever used. Complex Flavors and Textures: Inside every dessert are layers of cake, crème brulée, mousse, or fresh fruit designed to create complex flavors and textures in each bite. The recipes have been created from customer favorites at our California pastry shop. Long Shelf Life: Our desserts combine the quality of a fresh dessert with the simplicity of handling a frozen product. Shelf life: 6 months in freezer, 3 days in refrigerator. Cakes thaw: 4 hours refrigerated, 1 hour room temperature. |
